On Friday, September 24, 2021, Division of Educational Services organized the I – CON UP 2021 Final Round via Facebook Fanpage International Relations. The event qualified five students competing under the I-CON TALK titled "If you are awarded the UP International Ambassador, what will you do to help University of Phayao become international university" and was honored by Associate Professor Dr.Pharmacist Surasak Saokaew, Dean of School of Pharmacy, Dr.Piyawadee Rohitarachun, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, School of Political and Social Science, and Dr.Chanapa Duangfang, Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, School of Liberal Arts, to be the referees. The activity aims to promote and create opportunities for students to learn and continuously improve themselves. Students will be given knowledge of the language that can be used in everyday life.
