On Monday, June 9, 2025, twenty-one staff members from all academic programs of the School of Liberal Arts, University of Phayao, participated in the Area-Based Skill Development Training (HR-Level 3) at Gateway Hotel, Phayao Province. The training was organized under the Re-inventing University project for the Northern University Group, with the aim of enhancing staff competency in driving the university toward effective area-based development.
The training covered the following key topics:
1. “Stakeholder Analysis and Impact Pathway”

2. “Processes and Tools for Evaluating Economic and Social Impact”
by Dr. Warach Madhyamapurush, Deputy Director of the Innovation and Technology Transfer Institute
3. “Practical Workshop on Economic and Social Impact Evaluation”
by Dr. Warach Madhyamapurush and Assistant Professor Angkhana Pantuak, Deputy Director of the Institute for Learning Innovation
