From July 26–28, 2025, the School of Liberal Arts participated in the Coaching EdPEx to 300 program for executives, organized by Assistant Professor Dr. Namngern Chantrmanee, Director of the Institute for Innovative Learning, University of Phayao. The program was honored to feature Associate Professor Dr. Ratchapol Santiwarakorn, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Khon Kaen University, National Quality Award Assessor, and recipient of the Leadership Excellence Award, as the keynote speaker.
Representatives from the School of Liberal Arts included Assistant Professor Dr. Chittima Kaweera, Dean; Assistant Professor Dr. Pitchsinee Sathientharadol, Associate Dean for Administration; Dr. Chanapa Duangfai, Associate Dean for Special Affairs; Mr. Natthaworn Wongjitrathorn, Associate Dean for Student Quality; and Mr. Jaroon Chaibao, Policy and Planning Analyst.
This hands-on training program aimed to enhance the capabilities of organizational executives in applying the Educational Performance Excellence (EdPEx) framework as a strategic tool for organizational management, emphasizing four key assessment factors: Approach, Deployment, Learning, and Integration (ADLI).
The workshop featured interactive lectures, presentations of self-assessment reports covering all seven categories, and personalized feedback sessions to support the improvement and refinement of reports, as well as organizational readiness activities. The training was held at Dusit Princess Hotel, Chiang Mai.
