The Finance and Accounting Unit of the School of Engineering, University of Phayao, led by Ms. Phimphaka Kaewsar, Head of the Office, and Ms. Siripen Boonsom, Head of General Administration, participated in the “Preparatory Meeting for Data Entry in the UP ICS System for Fiscal Year 2026” organized by the Internal Audit Unit of the University of Phayao on 23 April 2026 at the Active Learning Classroom, New Lecture Building (CE).
The meeting aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of the processes and operational guidelines in accordance with the UP ICS framework, which serves as a key mechanism for internal control governance within public sector organizations. Assistant Professor Dr. Sorawit Boonyathee, Vice President, served as the resource person, delivering essential knowledge and practical guidelines to ensure that data recording and reporting are conducted comprehensively, accurately, and in alignment with the principles of good governance. The initiative also sought to strengthen organizational management efficiency through systematic and transparent practices.
Participation in this meeting reflects the School of Engineering’s strong commitment to developing staff competencies and elevating the standards of financial and accounting operations in alignment with the Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA) framework. This effort contributes to fostering sustained public trust and enhancing the effectiveness of public sector governance in the long term.
