BCA, University of Phayao Holds Collaborative Workshop on EdPEx Report Development to Advance Organizational Excellence

On 28 May 2026, the School of Business and Communication Arts (BCA), University of Phayao, organized a collaborative workshop to develop the Organizational Profile (OP) section of its Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) report. The meeting was held at the School’s conference room and brought together representatives from across the School.

The workshop was chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Thanyathip Kharuhayothin, Dean of the School of Business and Communication Arts, and attended by the School’s executive team, program chairs, faculty members, representatives from all academic programs, and support staff. Participants engaged in discussions and reviewed key organizational information to support the development of the OP section, which provides a comprehensive overview of the School’s operating environment, stakeholder relationships, strategic challenges, and strategic advantages.

The session provided an opportunity for participants from all sectors of the School to collaboratively analyze the organizational context, exchange perspectives, and contribute recommendations to ensure that the information presented is accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with the School’s future direction. The discussions also focused on highlighting the School’s identity, distinctive strengths, and organizational capabilities.

The School of Business and Communication Arts remains committed to continuous quality improvement and organizational development. By utilizing the EdPEx framework as a key management tool, the School seeks to strengthen institutional excellence through broad stakeholder participation and to create sustainable value for its students, partners, and wider community.
