A Visit of Our Sister University from China
          Internationalization is intrinsically embracing the true meaning of sisterhood. It entails such a loving relationship that allows the involved parties to share and learn from one another, a sheer catalyst that can lead and catapult all ahead while embarking on the road to growth, development, and fulfillment.






          Chiang Rai Campus, University of Phayao, had a great opportunity to meet with a delegation of five executives, led by Professor Yao Chun, President, from Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine, the People's Republic of China (PRC) on Tuesday, October 17, 2023. University of Phayao and Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine have been sister universities for years, and they have been successfully uplifting each other through various forms of collaborations: joint-degree program on traditional Chinese medicine studies, exchanges of academic information, and visits of executives, in particular.

          The delegation paid a short visit to Chiang Rai Campus, on their way to the main campus of University of Phayao in Phayao Province. Associate Professor Dr. Tipchan Wongchanta, the Director, together with the staff members welcomed the delegation with respect and appreciation. To make the most of the visit for both parties, VDO presentation of Chiang Rai Campus, VDO Presentation of Chiang Rai Province, discussion on future possible collaborations, and campus tour were included in the visit program.
