Asst.Prof.Dr. Puttipong Poncumhak, Dean of AHS UP, led AHS team in the training for Lab Safety and Emergency Planning which was run by Dr. Patchareeya Amput, Vice-dean of AHS UP.
On this occasion, the school was honored by Ser. Maj. Tanawat Apipattanawuttikul, an expert from the fire safety agency Phayao region, with the topic of Fire safety for School and Household, and evacuation practices during emergency situations. Following this, the topic of rescuing and first-aid practice in fire-burnt cases was introduced by Mr. Kritsada Yoan-sanit.
For the afternoon session, the practice in real simulation of fire and arson emergency cases was performed. The training in using essential fire-suppressed tools such as fire extinguishers and other equipment was done. Another vital skill that all attendees performed was coping with gas-leaked situation and how to minimize the risk of casualties related to the issues.
