School of Education conducted the project to develop competencies in working in line with work to ensure organizational commitment
On March 1, 2024, Associate Professor Dr. Ruksit Suttipong, the Dean, along with Dr. Kasidit Meeprom, the Associate Dean of organizational administration and quality development, Dr. Wipawee Siriluk, Assistant Dean, Administrators, lecturer, and supporting staffs conducted the project to develop competencies in working in line with work to ensure organizational commitment on the topic “Job Description (JD) Preparation System and Individual Development Plan Preparation (IDP) following the competency in performing work according to the line of work for adherence to the organization" at the School of Education meeting room, University of Phayao and through the electronic media system, Microsoft Teams. The objective is to provide personnel of the School of Education have guidelines for developing knowledge, skills, and competencies in the position standards specified or required in the job position, as well as training in the preparation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) workshops that are carried out continuously and systematically. In addition, it also reflects progress with more efficient job performance and achieves the organization's goals.
