On March 20, 2024, Associate Professor Dr. Ruksit Suttipong, the Dean, along with Ms. Kanyaphat Wimonsut, Head of the Office, Mrs. Yonlada Inpreaw, Head of General Administration, Ms. Pawanrat Wangma, Head of Academics, Mr. Wittavas Thiwai, Head of Planning, and Mrs. Sasithorn Theprangsarn, Head of the Fieldwork Experience of the Student Teacher, participated in the closing ceremony of the training program to develop the potential of directors and Head of Work in the 1st Generation, UP Empowerment 2023, by Associate Professor Dr. Supakorn Pongbangpho, President of the University of Phayao, who presided over giving the closed speech. The project was held between March 5 - 7 and March 11–15, 2024, with the 165 Directors, Head of Office, and Head of Works participating in the project. The objective is to make the Head of the office and Head of Work of the School of Education know the scope of work related to the context of higher education administration to gain knowledge, skills, and abilities in management professionally. Including, creating a network of cooperation Integrating, working together, and preparing for changes in the context of Thai society and world society to reach the goal of being a university for sustainable spatial development. In the closing ceremony, the results of the community field visits to the creative areas of all 10 project participant groups were presented, along with exchanging knowledge and receiving a certificate from the President of Phayao University.
