On January 2026, Associate Professor Dr. Ruksit Suttipong, the Dean of the School of Education, along with administrators, Head of Program, lecturers, Head of Office, Head of Works, and supporting staff, conducted the Project on Fostering an Open Culture of Communication and Exchange to Strengthen Organizational Engagement at Niyomsuk Restaurant, Kwan Phayao, Phayao Province. The objective of this project was to provide a platform for personnel of the College of Education to communicate, exchange ideas, and express mutual care, unity, and engagement, which constitute a fundamental basis for effective collaboration. In addition, the project aimed to cultivate positive organizational values and to enhance morale and motivation in the workplace, thereby supporting the College of Education, University of Phayao, in achieving its institutional goals effectively. This initiative is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, and SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions.
