Associate Professor Dr. Jonglak Pahasa, Chair of the Master of Engineering Program in Electrical Engineering, together with Assistant Professor Dr. Kreangsuk Kraikitrat, Chair of the Bachelor of Engineering Program in Electrical Engineering School of Engineering University of Phayao, represented the university at the “18th Electrical Engineering Network Conference 2026 (EENET 2026)” under the theme “Creating Appropriate Technologies for Sustainable National Development” The conference was held from 27–29 May 2026 at BP Samila Beach Hotel & Resort Songkhla.

The Electrical Engineering Network (EENET) conference serves as a significant academic platform dedicated to promoting and advancing the dissemination of research in the field of electrical engineering, a discipline that plays a crucial role in national development. The conference aligns with national strategies aimed at strengthening scientific and technological capabilities while fostering academic collaboration and intellectual exchange among scholars, researchers, and professionals.

Furthermore, the event provides an important forum for the presentation of research findings, the exchange of academic knowledge and perspectives, and the establishment of collaborative networks among researchers, academics, School members, and students from higher education institutions across Thailand. The conference particularly emphasizes the development of appropriate knowledge and technologies that contribute to sustainable national development and future technological advancement.
