These interviews provided empirical information on programme implementation, management, and outcomes from the perspectives of stakeholders at all levels.
The information and recommendations obtained through the assessment process will play an important role in reviewing the status and effectiveness of programme-level operational systems. They will also serve as guidelines for improving management processes and educational quality assurance systems to ensure continuity, systematic development, and alignment with the strategic objectives of the University.
This activity represents an important component of the School of Business and Communication Arts’ ongoing efforts to advance educational quality. The assessment outcomes and recommendations will enable each programme to further develop its curriculum, teaching and learning practices, and student support systems in an appropriate and effective manner. Furthermore, the process will help strengthen mechanisms for continuous quality improvement and support the provision of education that responds to the needs and expectations of students, employers, and other stakeholders.
