The status of balloon frog is nearly threatened (Name in Science as Glyphoglossus molossus) is a kind of amphibian bullfrog classified as the only living thing in the Glyphoglossus genus with a length from head to bottom about 73 millimeters. It has a distinctive feature are the face is very short, the mouth is narrow and obtuse teeth unlike other frogs or bullfrogs with small eyes and short legs. Their living behavior is digging sandy soil cavities and living in a moist forest near wetlands. In summer it will hide itself in the holes all the time. When it rains, it will out to find things to eat at night, breeding and laying eggs in the early rainy season. It will breed faster than other bullfrog or other species and living in large groups, traveling together in a crowd but now there is a risk of extinction because it was caught for consumption during the rainy season to make money about thousands of baht per day.
