On Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at 08.00 a.m., The City Hall of Phayao Province. Ms. Amnuayporn Khatiwong, Director of The Division of Quality Development, along with Ms. Duangduan Yana, Head of the Scholarships department led the 28 students receive the Royal Scholarship for Education and Backpacks as a royal item in front of a portrait of His Majesty king. In this regard, Rajaprajanugroh Foundation Under the Royal Patronage has sponsored scholarships for students who are good academic records but poverty to study in the higher education.
