Research Skills to the National Institute of Justice

School of Law, University of Phayao, provided an online training on Research Skills to the National Institute of Justice, Lao PDR, during January 27-29, 2021. The UP President, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Supakorn Pongbangpho gave an opening remark. The trainers were Assoc. Prof. Dr.Panarairat Srichaiyarat, Assist. Prof. Dr.Noppanun Supasiripongchai, Assist. Prof. Dr. Patrawan Rattanakaset, Assist. Prof. Udom Ngammuangsakul, and Ms. Nipaporn Lapsatian. This traning was funded by the Citizen Engagement for Good Governance, Accountability and Rule of Law Project (CEGGA) and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationalale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH
