Division of General Affair, University of Phayao launches UP-DMS system to provide document transfers in the digital age

Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 1:30 p.m., Associate Professor Dr. Direk  Teeraputon, Vice President for Finance and  University Communications with Mrs. Natthida Chaonan, Director of Division of General Affairs report on the use of UP-DMS document management system for providing documents transfers with using digital signature.The event was honored by the President of University of Phayao, Associate Professor Dr.Supakorn  Pongbangpho was the first using digital signature to launch the system (UP-DMS), which is a system  that ensures safety as well as timely searching for documents and reduces paper consumption costs and facilitates and increases efficiency in the field of correspondence work.

 

In the past, Division of General Affairs has developed a UP-DMS system to provide document transfers by using digital signature. This is a security certification system as well as searching documents and reduced paper costs.

In conjunction with the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, Division of General Affairs have taken steps to change the procedure from paper to electronic format for documents. To increase the efficiency of the performance of correspondence work. It also reduces exposure and prevents the spread of the covid-19 virus.
