This presentation occurred within the framework of the "Science Coupons for OTOP" project, which serves as a guideline for community product development. The project is focused on in-depth consultation, technology transfer, and technology development and is supported by the Office of the Permanent Secretary (O.P.S).

The primary objective of this initiative is to leverage technology and innovation as integral components of production processes. It aims to elevate small-scale industries following the BCG Model (Business, Community, Government) and foster innovative entrepreneurs, referred to as Innovation-Driven Enterprises (IDEs). The overarching goal is to transition entrepreneurs from a focus on price competition to a focus on competition in terms of quality and standards through research, development, and innovation. This approach seeks to enhance production processes and empower SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprise) entrepreneurs, equipping them with the capacity for greater efficiency and competitiveness.
