Applied Thai Traditional Medicine program held a gown and emblem presentation ceremony
On September 19, 2023, the Applied Thai Traditional Medicine program held a gown and emblem presentation ceremony. The honor of opening the ceremony was granted by Assistant Professor Dr. Somkid Juwa, the Dean of the School of Public Health. School members, students, and staff also participated in the ceremony at the recreational area of the School of Public Health, University of Phayao. The objective of this ceremony was to serve as a symbol to remind students of their responsibilities and future roles in their profession.
In this regard, Assistant Professor Dr. Somkid Juwa, the Dean of the School of Public Health, expressed congratulations to all students who have successfully completed their clinical level studies in preparation for higher-level education and practice. The purpose of this gown presentation ceremony is to serve as a reminder for students to be aware of their responsibilities, including their roles in patient care. This includes having a strong foundation of knowledge, providing excellent patient care, being compassionate, ethical, empathetic, and prioritizing the well-being of patients. It also involves delivering care with dedication, respect for patient rights, as well as mutual respect and collaboration with colleagues, both physically and mentally.
