On January 17, 2024, Associate Professor Dr. Ruksit Suttipong, the Dean, along with Mr. Apidech Theprangsarn, Supply Analyst, participated in a project to provide legal on morality and transparency in government agencies at Muang Phayao meeting room, School of Information and Communication Technology building, University of Phayao by Associate Professor Dr. Supakorn Pongbangpho, President of the University of Phayao, participate in welcoming expert speakers, Mr. Prathompong Thongrot, Vice President of Legal and Property, was the president of the project, and Mr. Satchan Wannavoharn, Acting Director of the Legal Division, gave the reported speech. It was honored by an expert speaker, Mr. Montien Charoenphol, Deputy Auditor General, who lectured on “Safe Spending of Money and Procurement” and Ms. Harutai Rattanarapee, Legal Officer, Senior Professional Level, who lectured on “Using the Procurement App program to increase operational efficiency”. This project was organized by the Division of Law, University of Phayao. The objective of this project is to strengthen executives and personnel to have knowledge and understanding about the correct spending of budgets and procurement, able to apply the knowledge gained in management and work with care, honesty, care, and transparency with morality and ethics which is leads to further effective and efficient work performance.
