Kick-Off; Elderly Care for Elderly Community Scheme; a plan to cope with elderly healthcare issues of 2024
AHS UP led by AHS Dean, Asst.Prof. Puttingpong Poncumhak, co-hosted the event of “Kick-Off; Elderly Care for Elderly Community Scheme; a plan to cope with elderly healthcare issues of 2024” on 27th March 2024. The scheme aimed to introduce holistic approaches for community-based elderly healthcare with the opening speech of UP president, Assoc. Prof. Supakorn Pongbangpho, and joined by other schools such as School of Dentistry and School of Medicine.
At the event, medical laboratory services, body performance assessment and dental check had performed for all over participated elderly across communities accounted for 150 individuals and 122 UP personnel.
AHS UP has invented and pioneered the scheme for elderly cares and community services which is in line with the UP ambitions to strengthen community and lead to sustainability community development.
