     On Tuesday, May 27, 2025, the School of Liberal Arts, in collaboration with the University of Phayao, provided academic services to support the development of an electronic documentation system and library learning materials at Border Patrol Police School Betty Dooman, Pong District, Phayao Province. The activity was led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Pitsinee Sathientharadon, Associate Dean for Administration, together with Dr. Chanapha Duangfai, Associate Dean for Special Affairs, Mr. Kittiphon Charoenkuson, and Mr. Jaroon Chaibao. The team conducted demonstrations and organized electronic document archiving, as well as prepared books and reading-aloud learning materials for primary school students.
