On September 22, 2025, the School of Education, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Sunthon Khlai-Um, the Associate Dean for Administration and Student Quality Development, along with Assistant Professor Dr. Numfon Gunma, the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Educational Innovation, Assistant Professor Dr. Natthawut Subphaso, Assistant Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Lumyai Seehamat, the Head of Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Education Program in Curriculum and Instruction, Assistant Professor Dr. Wansan Subpasuk, the Lecturer of the Curriculum and Instruction Program, Dr. Wipawee Siriluk, the lecturer of the Educational Measurement and Evaluation Program, Dr. Pisan Khruelit, the Lecturer in the Education Program, the Head of the Office, the Heads of works, and supporting staff, attended in a study visit and knowledge exchange on organizational quality development and the roles of supporting staff, following the EdPEx framework, at the “45 Years Conference Room,” Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai University. On this occasion, it was honored by Assistant Professor Dr. Nampueng Intanet, the Associate Dean of the Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai University, Associate Professor Dr. Somkiat Intasing, the Director of Chiang Mai University Demonstration School, Mr. Intra Panta, the Secretary of the Faculty of Education, along with the supporting staff, warmly welcomed the delegation and presented approaches to organizational quality management as well as the important roles of supporting staff. This study visit project aims to provide opportunities for staff to exchange experiences and knowledge, broaden perspectives, and learn good practices (Best Practices). It also seeks to encourage the application of these concepts to organizational operations in order to enhance quality in accordance with the TQA (EdPEx) criteria. The initiative serves as a guideline for developing and utilizing organizational management tools to drive the College of Education toward EdPEx 300. Furthermore, it aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education, promoting access to learning opportunities and ensuring equitable, high-quality education, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, fostering collaboration for sustainable development.
