Assoc. Prof. Dr. Supakorn Pongsabangpho, President of the University of Phayao, presided over the “UP DMS Awards 2025” ceremony to honor outstanding departments that have successfully implemented the UP Document Management System (UP DMS) with high efficiency. The recognized units demonstrated exceptional performance in streamlining workflows, reducing paper-related costs, and advancing the university’s transition toward a sustainable digital organization. The event was organized by the General Administration Division, University of Phayao.
The “UP DMS Awards” aims to acknowledge departments that excel in digital document management and effectively utilize the online system to facilitate internal and external document transmission. The initiative significantly reduces paper consumption, supports the “Green University” concept, and aligns with the University of Phayao’s strategic goal of developing into a leading digital institution.
Launched in 2021, the UP DMS system has undergone continuous development to become an essential tool for all university units, playing a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency and promoting environmentally sustainable practices.
