On October 10, 2025, the School of Engineering, University of Phayao, organized the Big Cleaning Day activity at the courtyard area behind the EN1–EN2 buildings. The event was led by the Building and Facility Committee, with active participation from School staff, housekeepers, and security personnel who worked together to clean and tidy the surrounding areas. The initiative aimed to promote cleanliness, orderliness, and environmental stewardship within the School, thereby creating an atmosphere conducive to learning, working, and providing services, as well as enhancing the landscape to be more pleasant and inviting.
The Big Cleaning Day is part of the School of Engineering’s policy to enhance the quality of work life. It emphasizes the development of a healthy and productive working and learning environment while fostering an organizational culture grounded in collaboration, responsibility, and a shared sense of ownership in maintaining cleanliness within communal spaces.
The School of Engineering, University of Phayao, will continue to carry out this activity regularly to cultivate environmental awareness and sustainability among School members, staff, and students, aligning with the University of Phayao’s strategic direction toward becoming a sustainable and environmentally friendly institution.
