The School of Science, University of Phayao, reinforces its leadership in community-driven innovation by winning the BCG Economy Model Community Award at the 15th National Phayao Research Conference.
On January 26, 2025, at the 99 Years Phra Khru Ubali Khunupamachariya Building, University of Phayao, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sitthisak Pinmongkhonkul, Dean of the School of Science, together with the management team, School members, and the Mae Na Ruea innovator network, participated in the opening ceremony of the "1 Faculty 1 SDG" Exhibition Contest and the "Phayao: Model Community for Sustainable Development Innovation" exhibition, held under the theme "SDG Global Connect: Learning from Best Practices."
🏆 The School of Science received awards and certifications of achievement in two significant areas:
1. BCG Economy Model Community Award: This award recognizes success in the concrete application of the Bio-Circular-Green Economy model to community development, particularly in the Mae Na Ruea area.
2. Learning Area Sign for Reinventing University: This designation demonstrates the School's capacity to serve as a knowledge transfer hub and advanced human resource development center aligned with the university transformation strategy.
