กองอาคารสถานที่

On 29–30 April 2026, the Division of Buildings and Facilities, University of Phayao, led by Mr. Jirawat Man-ngan, Director, together with section heads and personnel of the Division of Buildings and Facilities, participated in the workshop project entitled "Enhancing Integrity and Transparency in the Operations of the University of Phayao," organized by the Division of Planning, from 08.30 to 16.00 hours, at the Active Learning Classroom, University of Phayao's Common Learning Building (CE), with the aim of strengthening knowledge, understanding, and correct practices regarding integrity, transparency, and Open Data Integrity and Transparency (OIT) among university personnel.

This year, the Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) has developed more rigorous and comprehensive assessment criteria under the concept of Insight Driven Assessment, with an emphasis on in-depth data analysis to reflect organizational strengths and close risk gaps. The criteria cover the five management factors known as 5M (Man, Money, Material, Method, and Machine), spanning from personnel and budget management to digital systems for public data disclosure (OIT), ensuring quality and completeness in accordance with international standards, and enhancing the capacity of personnel to carry out operations in alignment with the Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA) criteria for government agencies.

In this regard, participants exchanged knowledge and learning on key topics, including the ITA assessment criteria, the processes for collecting and disclosing information under both the Internal Integrity and Transparency Assessment (IIT) and the External Integrity and Transparency Assessment (EIT), as well as public data disclosure under the Open Data Integrity and Transparency (OIT) framework. Participants also practiced analyzing examples of both compliant and non-compliant data, with a view to systematically enhancing the division's readiness for assessment. This training workshop marks a significant step for the University of Phayao in driving the organization toward the principles of good governance (one that is transparent, accountable, and oriented toward long-term sustainability).
