SEEN Executive Team Pays Courtesy Visit to UP President Following Official Appointment

On 12 May 2026 at 9:00 a.m., the School of Energy and Environment, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Anusorn Boonpoke, Dean of the School of Energy and Environment, together with the administrative team including Dr. Satawat Tanarat, Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Dr. Poramate Sittisun, Assistant Dean, Asst. Prof. Dr. Nathiya Kreetachat, Director of the Renewable Energy and Environment Research Center, as well as division heads and office staff, paid a courtesy visit to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Supakorn Pongbangpho, President of the University of Phayao, on the occasion of the dean’s official appointment. The visit also provided an opportunity for the management team to receive guidance and recommendations on organizational administration.

During the meeting, the President expressed his appreciation to the new management team for their dedication and commitment to advancing the organization. He also shared administrative perspectives and recommendations, emphasizing adherence to the university’s philosophy, vision, mission, and core values in enhancing educational quality, research, and academic services alongside sustainable contributions to society and local communities.

In addition, the President highlighted the importance of good governance, transparency, accountability, and participatory management. He encouraged the school to advance toward internationalization through collaborative networks, curriculum enhancement in response to global trends, the preservation of arts and culture, and the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to support management systems and future transformation.

The meeting marked an important step for the new executive team of the School of Energy and Environment in establishing the school’s administrative direction in alignment with the University of Phayao. The team aims to drive the school’s sustainable growth through quality curriculum development, internationally recognized research, and governance-based management practices.
