BCA Executives Join Selection Panel for the 4th Entrepreneurial Leadership Program (ELP)

On 8 June 2026, Asst. Prof. Dr. Thanyathip Kharuhayothin, Dean of the School of Business and Communication Arts, and Dr. Nitaya Boonchum, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Corporate Communication and International Mission, University of Phayao, served as members of the judging panel for the “University-Level Selection of Student Representatives for the 4th Entrepreneurial Leadership Program (ELP)” at the UPITI Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Ubali Khunupamachan Building, University of Phayao.

The activity was organized by the University of Phayao Institute of Innovation and Technology Transfer (UPITI) to identify students with strong leadership potential, creativity, communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to represent the University of Phayao in the 4th Entrepreneurial Leadership Program (ELP). The program is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and experiences necessary to become future leaders and entrepreneurs.

During the selection process, participating students demonstrated their language and communication competencies through English-language interviews and Business Pitching presentations before a distinguished three-member judging panel comprising Asst. Prof. Dr. Thanyathip Kharuhayothin, Dean of the School of Business and Communication Arts; Asst. Prof. Dr. Sakunkhun Makkhun, Lecturer at the School of Agriculture and Natural Resources; and Dr. Nitaya Boonchum, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Corporate Communication and International Mission, School of Business and Communication Arts.

The panel carefully assessed each candidate based on multiple dimensions, including leadership potential, communication skills, English proficiency, innovative thinking, and entrepreneurial capabilities, in order to select students who are well-qualified to represent the University of Phayao in the 4th Entrepreneurial Leadership Program.

The School of Business and Communication Arts remains committed to supporting student development in academic excellence, communication skills, leadership, and entrepreneurship, with the goal of producing graduates who are capable of driving social and economic progress in a sustainable future.
