On 11–12 June 2026, Assistant Professor Dr. Thanyathip Kruhahayothin, Dean of the School of Business and Communication Arts (BCA), University of Phayao, participated in the training program entitled “Assessment Process and Assessment Summary” under the UP-EdPEx Assessor Development Project, organized by the Institute of Learning Innovation at Moose Hotel, Chiang Mai Province.
The training program was officially opened by Assistant Professor Dr. Namngern Chanthramanee, who welcomed participants and encouraged collaborative learning to strengthen the competencies of University of Phayao personnel in educational quality assurance.
The program aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge and understanding of assessment processes, assessment reporting, and educational quality evaluation based on the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) framework. Participants also developed practical skills in conducting quality assessments, analyzing assessment findings, and formulating developmental recommendations to support continuous quality improvement across academic and administrative units.
Through this training, Assistant Professor Dr. Thanyathip further strengthened her expertise as an internal quality assessor and gained valuable insights that can be applied to advancing quality assurance practices within the School of Business and Communication Arts. The knowledge and experience acquired will contribute to fostering a culture of quality, promoting good governance, and driving organizational excellence and sustainable development.
The project aligns with the University of Phayao’s strategic priorities, particularly Strategic Goal 1: Developing Future-Ready Human Capital, and Strategic Goal 5: Enhancing Organizational Quality Management through Digital Technology and Good Governance. It also supports the university’s commitment to building effective quality assurance systems and assessment mechanisms that promote continuous improvement and sustainable institutional development.
