UP Industrial Engineering Organises Relationship-Building Activity to Strengthen Senior–Junior Bonds and Welcome New Students

The Bachelor of Engineering Program in Industrial Engineering School of Engineering University of Phayao, organised a relationship-building activity for first-year students on 20 June 2026 at the Faculty Seminar Room, EN4406. The activity was conducted in collaboration with second- to fourth-year students, who played an active role in facilitating the programme. Its primary objectives were to foster positive relationships between senior and junior students and to support new students in adapting to university life.

The programme featured recreational activities, group relationship-building sessions, and the sharing of academic and university-life experiences from senior students to juniors. These activities aimed to create a friendly, harmonious, and welcoming atmosphere within the program, while also helping first-year students become more familiar with their classmates, senior students, and academic staff.
