The Division of Building and Facilities, University of Phayao, organized a training seminar on July 1–3, 2026, to revise the Division's strategic plan for excellence for fiscal year 2026. The event was graced by the presence of Assistant Professor Suwit Panyawong, Vice President for Environment and Landscape, who presided over the opening ceremony and presented the university's policies and development guidelines. These served as a framework for formulating a proactive action plan and charting the direction of organizational development in line with the university's strategy.

During the program, personnel from all units jointly reviewed lessons learned from past performance, analyzed problems, obstacles, and factors affecting operations, and exchanged views to identify solutions and set practical, actionable goals. The aim was to enhance the efficiency of the Division's operations and services in the upcoming fiscal year.

This proactive action plan serves as a key mechanism for determining the direction of organizational development. By emphasizing the participation of personnel across all units, it aims to drive continuous improvement, respond effectively to change, and support the sustainable advancement of the University of Phayao toward excellence.
