Dr. Piyapong Supanyo, Associate Dean for Research Innovation and Network Development, together with Mr. Kamolphong Rattanasanguanwong, Associate Dean for Student Experience and Student Quality Development. participated in a partnership development meeting aimed at expanding collaboration with industry partners to support students' professional internships and Cooperative and Work Integrated Education (CWIE) programs.
During the meeting, representatives from KAHAVADI Chiangrai by Hilton introduced the hotel, its products and services, and a range of career opportunities and available positions. The event also brought together representatives from educational institutions across Chiang Rai Province to strengthen collaboration between academia and industry.
The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to jointly enhance students' professional competencies through internship and CWIE placements within the Hilton hotel network, one of the world's leading international hospitality brands. This collaboration will enable students to gain practical experience in an international working environment while developing the knowledge, skills, and professional competencies required by the global hospitality industry.
In addition, the School introduced its academic programs to industry partners and representatives from participating educational institutions. Discussions also explored future avenues for collaboration in student development, competency enhancement, and other mutually beneficial initiatives between higher education institutions and the hospitality sector.
