On 7 July 2026, the School of Business and Communication Arts, University of Phayao, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Tanyatip Kharuhayothin, Dean of the School, together with the School's executives, faculty members, and support staff, welcomed the University of Phayao Finance Division on the occasion of the 2026 Mobile Finance Clinic, held at the School of Business and Communication Arts Conference Room.
The program was organized to enhance personnel's knowledge and understanding of financial and fiscal management while promoting standardized operational practices across the University. It focused on disseminating knowledge of relevant regulations, policies, and operational guidelines, as well as fostering knowledge exchange among University units to strengthen the efficiency and consistency of financial administration.
The training sessions were led by Mr. Arthit Srichai, Assistant to the President of the University of Phayao, together with Ms. Paweena Janwichit, Director of the Finance Division, heads of divisions, and Finance Division personnel. The program included knowledge-sharing sessions, interactive discussions, and consultations on financial management, accounting, and procurement procedures. Participants were given the opportunity to raise questions, clarify operational issues, and deepen their understanding of relevant regulations and best practices, enabling them to carry out their responsibilities accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
