The event was held at Phaya Ngam Mueang Auditorium, University of Phayao.

On this occasion, Assistant Professor Dr. Natthawut Subphaso led the School of Education Student Association in presenting an innovative student identity development project entitled “SEED CAMP OF TEACHER: From Learners to Inspirational Teachers.” The initiative focuses on preparing and developing new student teachers by fostering their knowledge and understanding of the roles and responsibilities of students in the teaching profession, while promoting morality, ethics, public-mindedness, and 21st-century life skills. The initiative is designed to lay a strong foundation for student teachers’ professional development by encouraging them to recognize the values and responsibilities of the teaching profession and develop the essential competencies needed to become effective and inspiring teachers in the future.

However, UP Identity Festival #6 serves as an important platform for faculty members and staff of the University of Phayao to exchange experiences, knowledge, and innovations in student development. It also provides opportunities to build collaborative networks with entrepreneurs and the private sector to jointly promote and strengthen students’ knowledge, skills, and competencies essential for living and working in the rapidly changing modern world. Through its participation, the School of Education demonstrates its commitment to innovative and holistic student development, particularly in preparing future teachers to become capable professionals and inspirational educators who can contribute meaningfully to society. The initiative is aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education, SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals.
