October 29, 2026 – The School of Law, University of Phayao, continues to advance its social engagement mission by providing books, learning materials, and legal information to Phayao Provincial Prison. These resources will be made available in the prison library under the "Legal Corner for Wisdom" project.
The project was initiated in accordance with the royal initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati, Krom Luang Rajasarinisiribajra, Maha Vajra Rajadhida. It focuses on promoting knowledge of rights, duties, and the justice process among inmates, so that they can access useful legal information.
Recognizing the importance of creating learning opportunities, the School of Law, University of Phayao, has therefore allocated textbooks, learning materials, and easy-to-understand legal documents to Phayao Provincial Prison. These resources are intended to strengthen inmates' knowledge, elevate their intellectual well-being, and prepare them in all aspects for a successful return to society.
