The School of Liberal Arts English Program, University of Phayao, organized the “Orientation Program for Internships and Cooperative Education” on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Room CE11206, University of Phayao.
The primary objective of the program was to ensure students gain a clear understanding and appreciation of the importance of internships and Cooperative Education (Co-op). The session aimed to prepare students to adapt effectively to professional organizational environments, integrate all four English language skills into their final training presentations, and exchange insights regarding challenges and problem-solving strategies during their work placements.
The orientation included several key sessions led by the project coordinator, Dr. Kanlayanee Phucharoen, who outlined essential details, grading criteria, and the required assessment documentation. This was followed by a workshop on professional etiquette and workplace readiness, covering proper workplace conduct, personal grooming and dress code, communication language, and key precautions during training. The event concluded with an interactive Q&A session to address student inquiries.
