The School of Energy and Environment (SEEN), University of Phayao, proudly congratulates its students on receiving awards in activities designed to enhance business thinking, creative idea development, planning, and presentation skills. These activities provide students with opportunities to transform their knowledge and creative ideas into practical projects while exploring potential business opportunities for the future.

First Runner-Up – Best Practice Award
Mr. Akkaraphon Matla, Ms. Narumon Phonthawiwong, third-year students in Energy and Environmental Management Program and Miss Jirattikan Kunadam, Representative of the Nature and Environmental Conservation Club, received the First Runner-Up Award for Outstanding Best Practice Performance in the Student Activities Administration Organization category for the 2026 academic year.
The award was presented at the “UP Student Show & Share 2026 (Smart Identity & Area-Based Empowerment)”, a platform for presenting and exchanging knowledge and best practices related to the development of the University of Phayao’s identity.
Honorable Mention – UP Ignite Business Pitch
Ms. Vichita Kotchrit, Ms. Warisara Phiasanit, and Ms. Nopphawan Chingchai, first-year students in Environmental Engineering Program, received an Honorable Mention for their project, “Development of a Sanitary Ware Cleaning Product from Xyloglucan Extract from Tamarind Seeds.”
The project was presented under the “UP Ignite Business Pitch: Ignite Your Ideas into Business” activity, which encourages students to transform innovative ideas into potential business opportunities.
These achievements reflect the potential of SEEN students to apply their knowledge, creativity, and business thinking skills to develop innovative projects and create opportunities for future entrepreneurship.
