Japanese Program Students Embark on International Cooperative Education in Japan
On Saturday, December 20, 2025, three students from the Japanese Program of the School of Liberal Arts including Miss Rattanakorn Chootangton, Miss Kantasorn Champadaeng, and Miss Chutikan Phuttrong departed for Japan to commence their Cooperative Education (Co-op) placement at Togari Onsen Ski Resort Co., Ltd. The placement is scheduled to run from December 20, 2025, to April 3, 2026, spanning approximately 16 weeks of professional immersion.
Dr. Ittiphol Buayoi, Assistant Dean of the School of Liberal Arts and the advisor responsible for International Cooperative Education, accompanied the students to Suvarnabhumi Airport, Samut Prakan, to offer encouragement and oversee their departure.
For the 2025 Academic Year, a total of 17 students from the Japanese Program have been selected to participate in the International Cooperative Education Program. These students are being placed across nine different host organizations that operate under formal Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) with the University of Phayao.
