On Friday, February 13, 2026, Assistant Professor Dr. Reungruthai Sirirak, Vice Dean for Research and Innovation, School of Science, University of Phayao, was assigned by the Dean of the School of Science to serve as a representative to attend the Meeting of Deans of Science Faculties from Tao-Ngam Network Universities, which was held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Dean's Office, Faculty of Science, Naresuan University. Deans and representatives from Tao-Ngam Network universities participated in the meeting to discuss approaches for academic cooperation, research, and the joint development of science faculties.

1. International Collaboration Projects
• Sending representatives from Tao-Ngam Network Universities to bring Small Lab Reaction equipment to support Timor-Leste (a new ASEAN member country)
• Visiting start-ups in China, which is one of the new objectives of the Tao-Ngam Network
2. Review of English Camp Host Rotation
• Considering the organization of English Camp activities for students in the Tao-Ngam Network
3. The 17th Science Research Conference
• Arranging additional English presentation rooms at the 17th Science Research Conference, hosted by Srinakharinwirot University to accommodate the large number of foreign researchers who have registered to participate in this academic conference.
The meeting concluded with a visit to the Naresuan Herbal Medicine and Product Pilot Plant, Naresuan University, which was established through collaboration among the Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Public Health, Faculty of Science, and Faculty of Business Administration, Economics and Communications, Naresuan University.
