On Thursday, 19 February 2026, University of Phayao, led by its executive team assigned by Associate Professor Supakorn Pongbangpho, Ph.D.President, University of Phayao, welcomed Nulak Mapranit, Privy Councillor, and his delegation during an official visit to educational institutions under the Education Fund Project in Phayao Province.
The visit took place at Ban Sa School, Chiang Muen District, where the Privy Councillor conducted a School Inspection and followed up on educational support provided to enhance Educational Quality and promote Educational Equity, particularly for students in rural communities.
The University of Phayao has continuously supported Ban Sa School through integrated academic and outreach initiatives, including activities that strengthen environmental awareness, student well-being, life skills, and digital competencies, in collaboration with Local Administrative Organizations and partner agencies.
In the afternoon, the Privy Councillor and delegation visited the Child Development Center of Chiang Muen Subdistrict Municipality to observe and follow up on Early Childhood Education management. The visit focused on learning approaches and holistic child development, reflecting the role of higher education institutions in supporting Sustainable Development at the local level.
