School of Education conducted a project to foster love, attachment, values, and morale among its personnel in the performance of their duties
On September 23, 2025, the School of Education, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Sunthon Khlai-Um, the Associate Dean for Administration and Student Quality Development, along with Assistant Professor Dr. Numfon Gunma, the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Educational Innovation, Assistant Professor Dr. Natthawut Subphaso, Assistant Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Lumyai Seehamat, the Head of Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Education Program in Curriculum and Instruction, Assistant Professor Dr. Wansan Subpasuk, the Lecturer of the Curriculum and Instruction Program, Dr. Wipawee Siriluk, the lecturer of the Educational Measurement and Evaluation Program, Dr. Pisan Khruelit, the Lecturer in the Education Program, the Head of the Office, the Heads of works, and supporting staff, conducted a project to foster love, attachment, values, and morale among its personnel in the performance of their duties at Kantary Hills Hotel, Chiang Mai. The objective of this project is to strengthen staff members’ sense of love and attachment to the organization through activities that promote collaboration, loyalty, and motivation in the workplace. It also aims to foster an atmosphere of happiness, readiness, and participation among personnel, supporting transparent and effective governance in management. The initiative is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals.
