On July 27, 2026, the School of Law, University of Phayao, represented by Assistant Professor Udom Ngammuangsakul Dean, School of Law and Head of the Project on Developing a Collaborative System for Legal Assistance and Health Policy, participated in the 2026 Phayao Provincial Assembly under the theme “Connecting Partnerships and Integrating Development Plans for the Quality of Life of Phayao People.” The event was held at Wat Si Khom Kham, Phayao Province.
The assembly brought together representatives from government agencies, educational institutions, the private sector, and civil society to exchange perspectives and strengthen collaboration for participatory provincial development. The discussions focused on integrating development plans and addressing local needs to improve the quality of life of Phayao residents.
The School of Law contributed its expertise in legal assistance, rights protection, access to justice, and health-related policies. The collaboration provides an important platform for connecting academic knowledge with community needs and supporting practical solutions for local development.
