On August 14, 2026, the University of Phayao, under the direction of Assistant Professor Suwit Panyawong, Vice President for Environment and Landscape, assigned Mr. Nattawut Somyarone, Assistant to the President, and Mr. Jeerawat Manngan, Director of the Division of Building and Facilities, along with personnel of the Division of Building and Facilities, to attend the merit-making ceremony marking the 36th anniversary of the establishment of the 34th Military Circle, held at the Khun Chueang Thammikarat Camp Community Center, Phayao Province.
The ceremony was held to bring auspiciousness to military officials and their families, as well as to dedicate merit to former commanders and officials who have passed away.
