The Division of Building and Facilities, University of Phayao, provided support in preparing for the Touring Thai Classical Dance and Music Performance, organized by the Office of Performing Arts, Fine Arts Department, in collaboration with the University of Phayao. The performance is scheduled to take place on August 18, 2026, at 5:20 PM.
The Safety and Security Section, together with the General Services team, transported equipment and materials and arranged seating for attendees beginning August 15, 2026. Preparation of the venue area continued on August 17, 2026. Meanwhile, the Housekeeping team assisted with arranging decorative fabrics within the venue, and the Gardens and Landscape team provided flowers, ornamental plants, and staff to help decorate the site, creating a beautiful and suitable atmosphere for the event.
In addition, the Safety and Security officer team maintained order in the area and assisted attendees who came to watch the performance, ensuring that the event proceeded smoothly and safely.
Supporting the transport of equipment and materials, preparing venues for various activities within the university, and overseeing safety are among the ongoing missions carried out by the Division of Building and Facilities.
