University of Phayao welcomes new students "The 13th Fah Mui"
On Friday, May 19, 2023, President of University of Phayao Associate Professor Dr. Supakorn Pongbangpho along with executives participate in the academic preparation and life skills project of first-year students for the academic year 2023 organized by the Division of Educational Services at University of Phayao.
The activities in the Academic Preparation and Life Skills on University program of first-year students are organized to adjust their basic knowledge before entering the university, which will lead to adjustment to university studies, to have good relations between teachers and students and friends, as well as to strengthen morality, ethics and Thainess for students.
In the morning is the welcome speech by the president to new students and talk about “How to prepare yourself for living and studying happily in campus”. Then, Vice President for Academic Affairs Assistant Professor Dr.Chonthida Thephinlap gave a lecture on learning of modern learners. After that, Vice Dean for Special Affairs, Language Center, School of Liberal Arts Dr. Chanapa Duangfai presented the Neo+ English proficiency test. Then, Mr. Nattawut Somyarone, Assistant to the President and Mr. Udomsak Jirakalkulkasem Lecturer, School of Law invited students to participate in the Study-Life Balance relationship activity to improve academic life balance before students attended the orientation of new students runs by school in the next afternoon session.
