School of Engineering, University of Phayao, recently organized the “2025 Annual Staff Seminar for Knowledge Sharing and Capacity Enhancement” from May 28–29, 2025, at Wintree City Resort, Chiang Mai. The event underscored the School’s strong commitment to fostering continuous learning and development among its personnel.

Recognizing the importance of human resource development, the School's executive team aimed not only to enhance the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of staff members but also to create a platform for open dialogue, mutual learning, and the exchange of diverse perspectives. This approach fosters stronger teamwork, a shared vision, and a united effort toward achieving the School’s strategic goals.

The seminar featured a special session by guest speaker Asst. Prof. Peerayot Soithong, who generously shared his insights and experiences, enriching the learning experience for all participants. This initiative aligns with the University of Phayao’s overarching policy of becoming a “Wisdom for Community Empowerment” promoting internal units as learning organizations and enhancing staff potential in all dimensions to effectively respond to evolving roles and responsibilities.
