School of Liberal Arts, University of Phayao Holds Staff Meeting Before the Start of the Second Semester of Academic Year 2025

On October 27, 2025, the School of Liberal Arts, University of Phayao, organized a staff meeting for the second semester of the 2025 academic year, attended by the school’s executives, faculty members, and staff at the School of Liberal Arts building. Before the meeting commenced, all participants observed a moment of silence to pay tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, expressing their profound loyalty and gratitude for Her Majesty’s boundless benevolence and countless royal contributions to the nation and the Thai people.

The meeting aimed to review and strengthen the core competencies of SoLA personnel in driving the School toward its vision in key areas teaching, research, educational diversity, and the integration of academic services with research to address literacy challenges. It also served as a platform for the executives to engage, communicate, and exchange ideas with staff members in a warm and constructive atmosphere. On this occasion, the School of Liberal Arts also held a ceremony to recognize and honor personnel who have made outstanding contributions in various areas, including: Faculty members with excellent teaching and advising performance Researchers and innovators in teaching and curriculum development for Pre-degree and Non-degree programs Staff members who have enhanced students’ communication skills Academic staff who have been promoted to higher academic ranks Support staff appointed to professional-level positions.

This event reflects SoLA’s ongoing commitment to fostering motivation, professional pride, and continuous quality improvement among its personnel, in alignment with its vision: “The School of Liberal Arts aspires to become a Language Innovation Institute for Community Quality of Life Enhancement.”
