Executives and staff members of the School of Science, University of Phayao, participated in the Personnel Capacity Building Program for Faculties of Science in the Thao-ngam Science Talent Network, which consists of six member institutions: Naresuan University, Srinakharinwirot University, Burapha University, Mahasarakham University, University of Phayao, and Thaksin University.

The program is organized annually to continuously enhance personnel performance and capacity in support of the core missions of the institutions. For the fiscal year 2026, the Faculty of Science, Burapha University, was honored to host the 14th Thao-ngam Science Talent Network (14th TSTN)”, held during 10–12 December 2025 at Zand Morada Hotel, Pattaya, Chonburi Province.

The program activities included:

1. A special lecture on “Human Resource Production and Development to Support Future Industries (Semiconductor–EV–AI)” delivered by Dr. Phanphoemsak Arunee, Director of the Division for the Promotion and Development of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation.

2. Relationship-building activities led by Mr. Naret Sawiga.

3. A lecture and study visit at the Thai Island and Sea Natural History Museum.

4. A lecture and sea turtle release activity at the Sea Turtle Conservation Center, Royal Thai Navy.

5. A lecture, coral planting activity, and nature study tram tour at the Samae San Islands.

6. A welcome dinner under the theme “The Charm of the Eastern Sea: Strengthening the Thao–Ngam Network Bond.”
