Collaboration on the Personnel Development Program for Basic-Level Sports Referees for Fiscal Year 2026
    
The Department of Physical Education, Ministry of Tourism and Sports, in collaboration with the Exercise and Sport Science Program, School of Science, University of Phayao, jointly organized the Personnel Development Program for Basic-Level Sports Referees for Fiscal Year 2026, entitled “Basic-Level Football and Futsal Referee Training Program.”
The opening ceremony was held on 15 December 2025 at 10:30 a.m., with Mr. Phutthana Chomphuming, the Vice Governor of Phayao Province, presiding over the ceremony. Executives and representatives attending the event included:
1. Asst. Prof. Dr. Reungruthai Sirirak, Associate Dean for Research and Innovation, University of Phayao;
2. Mr. Panupun Eiamubonwan, Phayao Provincial Officer of Tourism and Sports; and
3. Dr. Adulyachat Khanthama, Director of the Sports Referee Development Division.
The Personnel Development Program for Basic-Level Sports Referees for Fiscal Year 2026: Basic-Level Football and Futsal Referee Training Program was conducted during 15–19 December 2025. The training curriculum comprised both theoretical and practical sessions, emphasizing updated rules, recent amendments, and standardized officiating guidelines for football and futsal referees in accordance with international standards.
The program was organized for 90 participants, including students of the University of Phayao and individuals interested in sports officiating. The training took place at 99th Anniversary Building of Phra Ubali Khunupamachan, Meeting Room UB002, University of Phayao.
