The School of Allied Health Sciences, University of Phayao, organized the project entitled “Internal Organizational Development Program, Activity 2: Knowledge Exchange on Support Staff Workload Management” with the objective of enhancing the capabilities of support personnel while strengthening operational efficiency and internal administrative management in alignment with the University’s strategic development direction.

The School of Allied Health Sciences continues to advance organizational effectiveness through ongoing personnel development initiatives. As part of this commitment, the project “Internal Organizational Development Program, Activity 2: Knowledge Exchange on Support Staff Workload Management” was held on Wednesday, 6 May 2026, at the Meeting Room of the School of Allied Health Sciences, University of Phayao.

The activity took place from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the School of Allied Health Sciences Meeting Room, Phayao Province, with active participation from the School’s executives and support staff members. The event served as a platform for exchanging knowledge, professional experiences, and operational perspectives regarding workload management for support personnel within the organization.

The program commenced with opening remarks delivered by the Dean of the School of Allied Health Sciences, who emphasized the significance of developing an effective human resource management system, establishing competencies appropriate to individual roles and responsibilities, and fostering a shared understanding of support staff workloads. These efforts aim to ensure that the School’s operations remain efficient, transparent, and capable of fulfilling the missions of both the School and the University in a tangible and sustainable manner.

Morning sessions featured lectures and collaborative discussions on the topic “Competency Determination for Support Personnel,” during which executives and support staff jointly explored strategies for developing personnel competencies in alignment with organizational roles, responsibilities, and future institutional directions.

This was followed by a knowledge management session focusing on support staff workload management, encompassing workload reviews and workload assessment methodologies. Participants were encouraged to exchange perspectives, analyze operational challenges, and propose approaches for improving workload evaluation systems to ensure fairness, appropriateness, and accurate reflection of actual professional responsibilities. The discussions also aimed to foster shared standards of operational excellence across the organization.

This initiative reflects the continued commitment of the School of Allied Health Sciences, University of Phayao, to advancing organizational development through collaborative learning and active participation from personnel at all levels. Furthermore, the project reinforces the School’s dedication to enhancing organizational management quality and continuously strengthening the professional capacity of support personnel in pursuit of institutional excellence.
